Regulations on Flight Cancellation Compensation
In the event of a flight cancellation and no alternative flight offered, or if the passenger refuses the alternative flight, the passenger is entitled to a full refund of the unused ticket, in addition to financial compensation ranging from 50% to 150% of the ticket value.
If the passenger accepts the alternative flight, they are not entitled to cancellation compensation. Instead, the case is treated as a delayed flight, and the compensation is calculated based on the delay between the original scheduled arrival time and the actual arrival time of the alternative flight.

Regulations on Denied Boarding Due to Overbooking
In the event that a passenger is denied boarding due to overbooking, the airline must offer the passenger the choice to travel on another flight operated by the same airline or by a different airline, at no additional cost to the passenger.
If the passenger accepts the alternative flight, the time difference between the original and new flights is considered. The case is then treated as a delayed flight, and compensation is calculated according to the rules for flight delays.
If the passenger refuses the alternative flight and terminates the contract, the airline is required to refund the full ticket price for the unused segment, in addition to offering compensation that may reach up to 200% of the ticket value.
