Regulations on Compensation for Damaged or Broken Baggage

If your baggage arrives damaged, make sure to report it immediately to the baggage services office before leaving the airport. You will be issued a Damaged Property Report (DPR) after assessing the condition of the baggage.
Keep a copy of the report or its reference number — it will be required when submitting your compensation claim later.
